Brothers

So Alex and Nick's relationship has changed drastically the past year! They are both older and wanting their own space more and more. They do have their own bedrooms which I think is a major reason why they can tolerate each other as much as they can. They fight and argue just like any other siblings! I am so not ready for this time. I grew up with 3 brothers and a sister and I know what sibling rivalry is all about! I miss the times where they would sit and play and get along! Those days are long gone...now it is, "Mom, Alex did this to me" "Mom, Nick won't leave me alone". These days are tough, but it is also a part of growing up and figuring out how to work together and be a team! One day these boys will be best of friends!!!

Happy 18th Birthday Hayley

Happy Birthday Hayley! Tuck and Tina suprised Hayley with a little party this year! They did such a good job hiding it from her! She was super suprised! And of course we all had to be there and enjoy some yummy cake! Happy Birthday to you, Hayley

Popsicles

Popsicles are a necessity in our house! Mason really got into them this year and wants them all the time! So on hot days you can be sure to find my little man with one in his hand!

Scott and I took Mason to the park one evening just to let him run around! He loves the park! He is so funny to watch there, he can never quite make up his mind on where he wants to go or what he wantst to do. He loves slides now, they are his favorite! We also got a few funny looks on him when we put him on the pole that makes you dizzy......and he got very dizzy! What a fun evening with a few of my favorite boys!

Last Day of 1st Grade!

So after a whole year and a few trial runs Alex was able to ride his bike to school, which is in our neighborhood! I bought him a pre-paid cell phone so that he could call me when he got to school and right before he left. It takes him 4 minutes to get there/back! This was a huge milestone for us! He didn't want me to drive him anymore...and he is only 7! At least I have Nick this year! Actually he will probably want to ride his bike too! My boys are growing up so fast!

I have a pretty silly little guy here! He is always into something and loves to make you laugh! He is Mr. Personality! I love to wait and see what he will come up with next. He amazes me every day! He is also a little dare-devil, more pics of that to come! The boots that you see in this post are very old! They were Scott's when he was Mason's age! Mason loves to wear them!

Happy Graduation Hayley!

Hayley is one of my most favorite neighbors! She is an all star student and an amazing person! I am so proud of her and feel lucky to have watched her accomplish something pretty amazing in life! She will be off to college next month and I will miss seeing her around and somehow I will have to trick her to come back home to watch Mason for me!
